The role
The Performance Marketing Manager owns paid acquisition for the United States: search and social campaigns, the landing pages they lead to, the tracking that measures them, and the hand-off to sales and partners. The audience is technical — identity and security teams — and the campaigns have to speak to it.
What you will do
- Plan, run and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns against pipeline targets, not click targets.
- Build and test landing pages with the web team; keep conversion tracking and attribution accurate end to end.
- Run co-marketing campaigns with partners in the US, with the channel team.
- Report on spend, pipeline contribution and cost per qualified opportunity every month.
What you bring
- Four or more years in B2B performance marketing, preferably for security or infrastructure software.
- Hands-on command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4 or equivalent analytics, and a CRM.
- The judgment to write for a technical audience without hype.
- Based in the United States.
