The role
The Presales Engineer for the Middle East and North Africa runs the technical side of evaluations across the region — demonstrations and proofs of concept on customer infrastructure, deployment design, and the answers customers’ engineers need — and enables partner engineers to do the same.
What you will do
- Run demonstrations and proofs of concept of all seven modules on customer and partner infrastructure, on-premise and SaaS.
- Design deployments per opportunity, including data-residency requirements that keep privileged sessions and credentials inside the customer’s environment.
- Answer security questionnaires and technical tender sections with the documentation and the feature matrix.
- Train partner engineers to run first-level evaluations.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, Windows and Linux logon, RDP and SSH.
- Three or more years in presales or consulting for security software; MFA or privileged access experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Based in the region, able to travel across it.
